Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

-3-5 years experience required

-Drivers license required

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results

- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

- Follow blueprints or instructions to ensure accurate application

- Repair and patch damaged areas prior to painting

- Use hand tools and equipment such as scrapers, brushes, sanders, and airless paint sprayers

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary

Skills:

- Proficient in construction painting techniques

- Knowledge of masonry and welding is a plus

- Experience with caulking and sealing surfaces

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

- Skilled in using hand tools commonly used in painting and carpentry work

- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment is preferred

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
