Job Description: In this role, the Prevention Specialist has the responsibility to work cooperatively with other administrative and clinical staff members to manage client communication and needs, whether on the phone or in person. This position has oversight of all processes involving client records from data entry to release of information to archiving.
Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, some evenings and weekends, Part-Time work available

Minimum Requirements:
Education: B.A. in education/or health discipline or a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with youth or
families in a related setting
Experience: Prior experience working with youth or families
Licensure/Certifications: None Required
Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
Compensation Package: Chimes-Holcomb offers a generous benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are available on the first day of a new month after completing 30 days of employment. Health insurance, including a flexible spending account, medical, dental, and vision are included. Paid holidays in addition to earned paid time off, 403(B) with company match, and 1-year salary of life insurance are available as well. Some benefits are available to employees working between 25-29 hours per week. Eligible employees can choose to participate in our transportation subsidy program, disability insurance, employee recognition programs, and referral bonuses.
