Job Summary

As an Injection Molding Operator you will be responsible for primary set-up of production jobs by installing tooling, troubleshooting and adjusting molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output. Other duties include ensuring cleanliness and maintaining safe work environment within the molding department, maintaining positive employee relations, and adhering to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. We are willing to train a highly motivated individual with mechanical abilities, molding experience is a plus but not mandatory.

The qualified candidate for Injection Molding Operator should have:

• Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of plastic polymers and or one year of experience in Injection Molding may be substituted.
• Candidates familiar with ISO 9001:2008 certified companies highly desired.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Pass Medical physical and drug pre-employment screening.
• Cleared Federal Criminal Background Check; our business maintains an ATF permit.
• Documents for eligibility to work in the United States must be presented upon hire
