Hogsalt is a well-known and rapidly expanding restaurant chain with a strong commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Facilities to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our brand.
Position Overview:
As the Executive Director of Facilities, you will be a key leader within our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facilities management and development. We are looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking, and creative problem solver who can influence and drive improvements in our facilities to support our ongoing expansion and success. This role is critical in building upon our existing facilities program and creating an innovative model for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities strategy that aligns with the company's vision, values and goals, ensuring that facilities support our brand's excellence and consistency.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of our current facilities, ensuring they meet high standards for safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement innovative solutions and cost-effective improvements in our facilities, both for existing locations and future builds.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain and enhance facilities while managing costs and timelines effectively.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities are in compliance
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing facilities team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in the restaurant industry or a similar fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think creatively to improve facilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulations and permitting processes related to facilities.
- A track record of managing budgets effectively and controlling costs.
- Computer literacy in MS office, Preventative Maintenance System.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Adaptable to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
