Job Description:

We are looking for two full-time dental assistants with customer service experience for our Dental Laboratory located in Garden Grove.

This individual will be the liaison between the dental offices and the head technician. The ideal candidate must function independently, effectively, and efficiently in a fast-paced professional lab environment.

Skills/Requirements needed but not limited to:

· Dental duties with front and back office experience

· Experience with digital scan cases and CAD/CAM technology (preferred)

· Ability to work independently with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· At least 5 years of chair-side dental assisting

· Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly

· Excellent Written and Verbal Skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to multi-task and switch tasks mid-project as needed

· Strong Work Ethic

· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

· Excellent Customer Service Skills, and Phone Etiquette and Enthusiastic

· Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and works well with a team

Duties but not limited to:

· Liasion between dental office and head technician

· Answering customer phone calls and emails

· Digital scan protocols

· Data entry and invoicing and filing

· Product evaluation

· Tracking cases

· Shipping and Receiving

· Organize office operations & procedures to maintain a professional work environment & functionality at all times

· Assist with quality control procedures for products

Hourly: $20.00 - $23.00 depending on experience

Benefits: 5 Days PTO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
