Hogan Associates Construction is Hiring a PROJECT ASSISTANT Near Centerville, UT

Hogan & Associates Construction has an immediate opening for a PROJECT ASSISTANT. The Project Assistant supports the project team and serves as the interface between operations (Project Managers, Project Engineers and Superintendents) and accounting (job cost, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing). The Project Assistant is based at Hogan’s office in Centerville and works with and supports one or more project teams in fulfillment of the following responsibilities:

  • Contract and Change Order management
  • Meeting minutes
  • Correspondence
  • Filing & documentation
  • Project closeout Documents

Required skills for the Project Assistant position:

  • Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel with proficiency in basic formulas
  • Microsoft Outlook email, contacts and calendars
  • Internet Explorer
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to express opinions and make suggestions, as well as to follow established procedures
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with others both orally and in writing
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Has the ability to prioritize and organize tasks and follow through to completion

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with Procore
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Previous construction industry experience
