Job Summary:

Hogan & Associates Construction has immediate openings for JOURNEYMAN CARPENTERS to work along with Wasatch front. Fits and installs doors, doorframes, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware. Erects built in place forms or assembles and installs prefabricated forms on a construction site according to plan specifications. Studies plans to determine type and dimension of forms to be constructed. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to projects along the Wasatch front. Employment offers are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred.

Must have reliable transportation.

Able to work along the Wasatch front (from Brigham City UT to Springville UT and everywhere in between).

Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and continue to pass random drug tests.

Able to pass a background check.

Maintains tools and equipment in safe operating condition.

Eligible to work in the United States.

Work Hours:

8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as necessary or until work is completed. Shifts (day, swing and night) and work assignments may vary as deemed necessary by management.

Related Safety Responsibilities:

Must become familiar and compliant with Hogan’s safety program and OSHA regulations. Must maintain fitness level sufficient to handle his/her required work load. Must become Hogan certified before operating equipment. Understands, is familiar with, and follows power tool safety requirements. Is always vigilant and aware of his/her own safety as well as the safety of those around him/her. Actively attends and participates in the Daily Production & Safety meetings each morning.
