As a Hoffman Weber Construction Door to Door salesperson, your career will be successful by learning to be our customer's ambassador and guide. Accomplished by working firsthand with homeowners on their home improvement journey. Helping make their home a more incredible place whatever material variation they choose. You'll act as a concierge for our potential customers to have their questions answered by a knowledgeable expert. Setting in motion their expectation of sound simplicity and satisfaction.

Career Description: 

• Manage specific neighborhoods by going door-to-door with the goal of setting multiple qualified leads per day.
• Show a presentation of product features
• Deliver incredible customer experience to potential customers by educating them on why they should choose Hoffman Weber Construction during the initial door-to-door consultation.
• Be an expert on identifying storm damage due to hail or high winds and present your findings to our potential customers in a meaningful way. 
• Be a resource for potential customers by understanding the insurance claim process and assisting your customers with filing a claim with their insurance. 
• Hand out pamphlets
• Track all sales activities in company CRM and keep updated on a daily basis 
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas

• Technological savvy (familiar with mobile apps and email)
• Be a brand ambassador for Hoffman Weber Construction and bring our brand message to life in the field. 
• Participant in all company meetings and outings to the field with door to door teams
• Create self-generated sales door to door

Door to Door Sales Compensation Plan: 

• $15/Hr PLUS $100 per qualified appointment set. 
• Unlimited earnings potential - the hard you work, the more you earn! 
• W2, year-round employment. You’re treated as an employee, not a contractor!
