Landscape Foreman and Crew Members

Positions located in Wilton, CT

Pay rate:

Foreman - $22 – $25/hour

Crew Member - $18- $22 per hour

We are looking for a talented landscape foreman and a landscape crew member to join our landscape enhancement / projects team.

Experienced Foreman should have an understanding of:

• General horticulture
• Machine operation
• Any sort of crew management
• Any sort of leadership position
• Proficiency in hand tools and power tools
• Driver's license (knowing standard is a plus)
• Can speak English and Spanish
• Can responsibly and effectively communicate

Crew candidates: Basic landscaping experience a plus.

These are full time, seasonal positions that may have a brief layoff period over the middle of winter. We offer excellent pay, health and vacation benefits and a fast paced, fun environment with other well motivated people.
