Job Summary: This will be a part time position, we need someone who can fill Friday night shift and Saturday and Sunday am shifts. This could become a full time position in the future for the right person.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and providing a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate areas
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas during busy periods
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
