Ho'okele Home Care is growing and seeking awesome Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Nursing Assistants (NA) to join our team.

• Hourly Personal Care Assistant - Our personal care assistants work one-on-one with clients with visits ranging between 4 hours and 12 hours depending on your availability and the needs of our clients.
• Starting Pay : $18 / hour* (Full-Time)
• Following successful completion of 90 day training / introductory period. During 90 day training / introductory period pay is $17 / hour.
• For shifts less than 8 hours we pay $20 / hour (Full-Time)
• Part time positions pay $1 per hour less than full-time

We pay differentials for couples and advanced cases too and pay differentials can stack.

We also offer Quarterly Performance, Anniversary, and Referral Bonuses too.

Responsibilities May Include :

• Provide assistance to clients in performing daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the plan of care.
• Accurately document the client's care activities and promptly report any significant findings.
• Monitor, document and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Basic CPR and First-Aid certification (no online certifications).
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear background checks and drug screening.
• Health Clearance / Physical Exam (within a year)
• Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within a year)
• Must have a smartphone
• MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical or religious exemption
