What We Need:

The Marketing Specialist, Visualization is responsible for guiding the development and implementation of best-in-class visualization experiences aimed at enhancing the customer experience and ensuring product content is appropriately displayed. This position will manage multiple high-priority projects leading the team to successfully from start to finish and managing financial expectations.

What You Will Do:

• Manage projects and timelines to launch new product configurators.

• Create effective and efficient content update processes for internal and external teams.

• Works with leadership and cross functional teams (internal and external) to understand, define, support, and execute business strategies that provide users with a cohesive, consistent visualization experience.

• Supports budget planning and monitors budget expenses.

• Builds and leverages relationships with cross functional business partners to deliver and update effective visualization solutions.

• Builds and leverages relationships with external vendors to define requirements and create new visualization tools.

• Participates in other activities to ensure the success of the organization.

• Review our current tools: Product Configurator, Virtual Experiences.

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business, Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• Knowledge of HON and/or Allsteel products, the office furniture industry or office design strongly preferred.

• Strong technical, listening, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail – for user experience, visual elements, and data accuracy.

• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to build, maintain and maximize working relationships with members from all levels and multiple functions of an organization as well as external business partners.

• Proven ability to work independently and influence management to improve customer experience and growth.

• Active listening skills to gain feedback and input from customers and members.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
