What We Need:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Product Launch, to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.
As the Marketing Manager, Product Launch you will assist the marketing manager to work collaboratively with broad cross-functional teams to lead, develop, implement, and manage strategic initiatives assigned to designated area of function.
What You Will Do:
  • Works with leadership and cross functional teams to understand and define business strategies and support business strategies with strategic marketing initiatives to help grow business and generate revenue.
  • Support strategic marketing plans for development of brand content to targeted audience segments highlighting company programs, initiatives, and services for new and existing products.
  • Work with manager and cross-functional teams to understand and support business strategies, strategic marketing initiatives, supporting budgetary planning and compliance.
  • Acts as a frontline brand ambassador ensuring content, user interface, communications and promotions are consistent and optimized in terms of content, voice, and style.
  • Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
What You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant business experience in Marketing, Sales, or Communications.
What You’re Good At:
  • Written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking ability, strong organization, and multi-tasking skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to build, maintain and maximize working relationships with members from all levels of an organization as well as external business partners.
  • Working independently with strong project management skills, and ability to use project management tools.
