What We Need:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our HNI team in Muscatine, Iowa!

What You Will Do:

• Assist with ensuring controls are operating effectively through governance and tracking, retaining necessary evidence, and providing support to Controllers and Leadership.
• Assist with maintaining controls documentation, including narratives and key report testing.
• Visually map and identify all key controls to assist with ensuring compliance and less deficiencies than in prior years.
• Perform tasks with a process improvement mindset.
• Assist both internal and external audit when necessary.

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit or Internal Controls
• Experience with a publicly traded company

What You’re Good At:

• Ability to be adaptable and move flexibly between tasks interacting with all levels of employee and leadership
• Communicating to all levels of the organization
• Proactive and motivated to continuously improve the business and financial success of HNI
