**Job Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized lobby area - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience **Qualifications:** - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred - Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Excellent guest relations and customer service skills - Knowledge of hotel or restaurant guest services is advantageous Join our team as a Host/Host to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
