Full time Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse position for the Neurosurgery department at Palisades Medical Center. This position will support the provider both in the outpatient and inpatient setting, especially with surgical cases.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Successful completion of an approved Physician¿s Assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission for Physician Assistants Education, Licenses and Certifications Required: 1. Physician Assistant License. 2. Controlled Dangerous Substances Physician Certification. 3. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. 4. Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. 5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification. 6. Certification by the National Commission for Certified Physician 's Assistants (NCCPA) within one year of initial employment by the Medical Center.
