The Director, Strategy, Central is responsible for supporting growth and positioning within Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) regions, within HMH Care Transformation Services and across the network. This position is responsible for formulating strategy, developing strategic plans, initiatives and objectives. This role will organize and project manage network-wide strategic planning engagements, provide strategic planning support to health ventures group and its divisional President, and provide strategic planning to support the Physician Enterprise and the EVP, Divisional President/Leaders.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Master's degree in Business and Healthcare Administration or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategy or business analysis including market, operational and financial assessments, or similar experience of solving real problems.
- Progressively responsible management experience in strategy, corporate development, market analysis, business development, or healthcare management.
- High energy, strategic thinker with track record of executing with strong analytical with critical thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive-level with storyboarding, development and delivery to executive audience.
