We are expanding our team, becoming a Delivery Driver Team Member for HMD Services, a premier Delivery Service Partner for our eCommerce Clients. As a Delivery Driver Team Member, you will be on the front lines delivering to customers and members of your community.
Our Delivery Driver Team Members ensure they exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders and packages, are delivered on time at the right place. At HMD Services, Delivery Driver Team Members provide a vital role in the success of our operation and our goal is to support, encourage and develop a world-class team.
We are taking applications now for Delivery Driver Team Members who are safe, efficient, and reliable. Ideal candidates are passionate about getting the job done by putting safety first and caring deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

What does a Delivery Driver Team Member do:
  • Independently drive a delivery van to drop off packages to customers within their community.
  • Follows strict safety standards on and off the road.
  • Commonly works 4-5 days a week.
  • Typical working days are 10 hours.
  • Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
  • Uses handheld technology to manage the delivery process.
What are the basic requirements:
  • Must be at least of legal age and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must consent to a Background Check.
  • Must consent to a 4-panel drug screen.
  • Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations and accidents will disqualify you from the position).
  • Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van.
  • Must be able to move packages 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to easily get in and out of the van multiple times throughout the day.
  • Have at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Holds high ethical standards at all times.
  • Proven track record of reliability.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude.
  • Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Prior professional driving experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the skill set to problem solve independently.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills.
