We are looking to add a IT Business Partner to join our Creative Risk Solutions team in Waukee, IA. Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.

Duties:

  • Drive day-to-day IT operations that provide the business with a stable, efficient, and effective technology environment.
  • Lead Information Technology support, infrastructure, operation, and project teams.
  • Support the development of and assist in hold the team to performance standards and metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between nontechnical business units and IT, while communicating technical information and plans.
  • Facilitate discussions and consensus among various stakeholders, within the business and Information Technology.
  • Manage and monitor the portfolio of technology operations projects, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate work with cross-functional teams, monitor and report on project status.
  • Identify, develop, and manage client relations.
  • Work with third-party vendors.
  • Hire, train, motivate and evaluate staff.
  • Write policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Consult on and operationalize technical and security policies within the business.
  • Other duties as assigned by Chief Information Officer.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, customer service, analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to accomplish overall project goals.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential information.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA's Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related business field preferred.
  • Experience: 6 years of IT industry experience with at least 3 years in IT management role.
