We are HL Property Management, HL General Constructions and HL Dynasty Real Estate. We are looking for Experienced Field Supervisor that can lead the Property Management Department to better and advanced than now. We are looking for individual that able to bring fresh and new ideas to lead Property Management Department to be better and growth as individual and as corporation.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Managing supers and porters and repairs
Creating biweekly work schedule and location for Supers and Porters
Do inspection of all properties. All properties should be in well and clean condition Ensuring all properties comply with Building Code
Be in charge on Move In and Move out tenant
Reviewing open work orders in the AppFolio Portal
Execute and assign the work orders to supers or porters
Finding vendors to complete work orders in a timely manner
Communicate with tenants to ensure their work is being completed correctly
Being on call for emergencies overnight and on weekends
Ensuring compliance with Section 8 requirements
Inspecting apartments prior to tenant move in and after tenant move out
Preparing weekly building field reports
Managing HPD Violation removal
Being present for and assisting with evictions

The successful candidate will:

Be proactive and highly motivated with the ability to self-manage
Have excellent communications and resident relations skills
Have strong collection abilities
Have supervisory experience
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Field Management in New York City
Have working knowledge of Section 8 requirements, as well as HPD, DHCR, DOB and ECB regulations
Have working knowledge building systems including boilers, electrical, and plumbing
Be detail oriented
Be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn.
Spanish speaking a plus but not required

This work requires dedication at all hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
