-Support and supervise day-to-day insurance operations

-Lead by example and coach our fantastic sales and support teams

-Manage and build member and referral relationships

Candidate Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial
• Active 2-15 license or willing to obtain one
• Previous experience is a plus but NOT required
• Self-driven and motivated
• Ability to multi-task
