HJ3 is looking for hard working, talented individuals to join its team as a Composite Field Technician. This position requires travel throughout the United States. Also includes In-house and Online Training. We give you the tools to be successful!!!
Successful candidates will exhibit a steady work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well on a team. Job requires travel throughout the US, company pays for travel related expenses and provides per diem for meals while traveling. Assignments can vary from 1-6 weeks at a time, with up to 50% of the year away from home.
Selected candidates will be mentored through a training program designed to provide career advancement opportunities to grow with the company. HJ3 offers a comprehensive benefits package following a probationary period.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Mobilization and/or demobilization activities
· Demo and clean up
· Lay-up Fiberglass / Carbon Fiber /and similar materials.
· Mixing of Resins & Hardeners to Manufacturers Specifications
· Apply epoxy based products with high quality
· Understand and work to all quality procedures and work instructions.
· Travel throughout the US up to 50% of the year
Qualifications include:
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Ability to follow detailed step by step instructions
· Detailed and Quality work habits
· Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
· Ability to work in confined spaces and heights over 16ft
· MSHA Certification a plus, but not required
· OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification a plus, but not required
· Construction experience a plus
· Fiberglass and Epoxy/urethane experience a plus
