The team
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team, specializing in serving Manufacturing clients through architectural guidance and support. The ideal candidate possesses a profound grasp of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and tools. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will translate business objectives into pivotal technology decisions, collaborating with various teams to design, deploy, and scale platforms. Your focus will revolve around design patterns, technical efficiency, automation, and master data.
The role
- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture models, standards, and design patterns to ensure application ecosystem reliability and scalability.
- Craft technical roadmaps aligning the application ecosystem with strategic goals and policies.
- Drive initiatives to manage and reduce technical debt within the application portfolio.
- Evaluate new applications and platforms for alignment with technology and governance strategies.
- Create and maintain system diagrams, highlighting the relationship between business, capabilities, and technology.
- Collaborate with product teams to shape future state reference target architecture.
- Champion modern architectural approaches, fostering value exchange and digitization.
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their impact on enterprise architecture.
- Provide frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for application and database technologies.
- Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives and enhance Enterprise Architecture maturity.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 15 years of relevant work experience
- Manufacturing or Automotive industry expertise
- Certifications: TOGAF v9 or v10; Certified AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect (Master/Professional level)
- Extensive experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture leadership
- Proficiency in OT/MFG Technologies and smart manufacturing layers
- Strong collaboration with Manufacturing/Automotive Business & IT Leaders
- Hands-on experience in application development, systems design, and more
- Expertise in various technologies within a complex environment (Fortune 500)
- Familiarity with TOGAF, BizBok, SAFe Architecture, and AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Proficiency in AWS, Microservices architecture, and modern software practices
- Deep knowledge of API Management, systems integration, data interoperability, and security
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to travel (25% )
- Valid work permit/PR/Citizenship to work in the US
