The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the program and service needs of the individuals are me in a consistent manner through the supervision of residential staff. The Residential Manager must be able to work independently and be able to fill in for staff, as well as be able to work closely with the Program Coordinator.
High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) preferred. Prefer two years of experience in the field of disabilities and preference is given to those with additional experience and/or a four year degree in a related human services field. Must become DD certified within 12 months of hire. This position has a six month introductory period.
Hours Include:
Day hours with some weekend and night hours when needed, beeper call rotation 6 times per year with some holidays.
Must be able to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
This is a supervisory position.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
