Job Summary:

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide prompt and courteous service
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math purposes
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
- Provide exceptional guest services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in basic math calculations and retail math concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers or other payment processing systems
- Familiarity with 10-key typing for data entry purposes
- Ability to provide outstanding guest services and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
