The Smithsonian-affiliated Heinz History Center preserves the rich history of Western Pennsylvania and creates opportunities for multi-generational audiences to learn and make memories together. The Heinz History Center is currently seeking a Full-time Maintenance Associate.
The Maintenance Associate will execute all activities related to the maintenance of the facility including routine maintenance, repair, snow removal, grounds care. The successful candidate will be a team player and will be expected to help with other departments (trash removal, shipping and receiving, etc.) The position works with other staff as needed for the preparation of the facility daily and perform duties required for the efficient and effective operation of the facility.
This is a full-time, hourly, position reporting to the Chief of Facilities.
The successful candidate will be required to prove that they have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinated.
