Aladdin Support Analyst

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Aladdin Support Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Boston - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

To provide first line support to all users of the Aladdin platform and work closely with the business and BlackRock to develop and improve the platform ensuring that the full functionality is available for users.

  • Providing first line technical support to all business teams.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business, understand their technology requirements and where possible ensure that they have the tools / functionality required to be able to undertake their roles.
  • Work closely with BlackRock to triage / resolve all Aladdin issues.
  • Provide training to existing staff as and when required.
  • To undertake specific projects as requested by the Head of Investment Management Systems.
  • Work closely with the BlackRock Aladdin Client Engagement team to build and maintain an excellent working relationship.
  • Work closely with the Senior Aladdin Support Analysts to build and maintain an excellent working knowledge of Aladdin.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Experience with BlackRock Aladdin beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial
  • diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required;
  • experience in the securities or financial services industry essential.
