The work:

  • Lead a team of one to four Data Conversion consultants on one or more project teams
  • Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system
  • Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
  • Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday
  • Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
  • Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project
  • Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
  • Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
  • Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
  • Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

Here's what you need:

  • Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
  • 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
  • 2 years of hands on Workday Data conversion experience on 4 full lifecycle Workday Data Implementations in a leadership role
  • 2 years of US and/or Global Data Operations ETL including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience & ability to travel 80%?

Eligibility Requirements

US Citizenship, no dual citizens

Bonus points if:

* Prior Federal HR/IT Experience

* Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

* Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics

* Referenceable consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with deep, overall knowledge of information systems

* Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.?As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and .

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $95,600 - $174,200

Colorado: $95,600 - $150,500

New York City: $110,700-$174,200

Washington: $87,800 - $138,800
