The ideal candidate will have the ability to apply a consulting/advisory mindset to drive our solution investments forward and articulating the value of Oracle products and services . Advisory and/or implementation experience a plus.

This role is in Oracles HCM Product Development group, reporting to the Vice President, Cloud Product Strategy. Implementation and functional expertise of HR and Finance is required for the success of this role with strong research, writing and presentation skills. This role requires intellectual discipline, a problem-solving aptitude, interpersonal skills, creativity and independent judgment. Since you will work with many different teams, internally and externally, demonstrated flexibility and people management skills are a must in addition to strong communication and presentation skills. This role requires the ability to perform outbound activities with prospects, customers and partners.

Requirements

• BS/MS or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
• Capability to engage with Oracles most strategic customers, representing the Oracle products and services
• Ability to take a leadership position within the team and outside, and establish thought leadership in the growth of Oracle HCM in the global and regional markets
• Ability to work independently as well as a contributing team member
• Ability to own the creation and sharing of best practices, adoption accelerators, white papers, training, webinars and workshops
• Ability to develop compelling presentations and reports

As a Senior Director of Cloud Product Strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new positioning and investment opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis for the prioritization and development of positions to address key market needs and challenges. This market analysis is used across the Oracle Cloud therefore requires you to work across products. You will gather, analyze and present your analysis and priorities and develop the collateral to support the opportunities

US: Hiring Range: from $139,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
