Job Summary:

Hirschmann Windows & Doors is seeking a skilled individual or two to join our small team! If you love the creative process and working with your hands on one-of-a-kind projects, we invite you to apply to join our team in creating custom architectural windows and doors.

Our designs are uniquely created for each client, so an eye for detail is a must!

Responsibilities:

- Float between production, machining and assembly departments as needed.
- Use various woodworking tools and machinery to mill and assemble window and door parts.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components and install hardware.
- inspect work for quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and perform related duties as assigned or required
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

- high school diploma or equivalent.
- prior woodworking experience
- ability to safely operate woodworking tools
- previous experience in a production / manufacturing / CNC operation is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and strength to handle various wood materials and tools, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
