**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and provide exceptional customer service

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with any other tasks as needed to support the overall guest experience

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality preferred

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is beneficial

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
