Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri)

Type: 5 months (temp to perm)

Summary:

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
• Manage reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders.
• Organize and label incoming inventory for proper storage.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

Pay: $16.97 per hour
