Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Duties:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans
• Assist with procedures such as wound care, suture removal, ostomy care, catheterization, and phlebotomy

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
• Active AHA BLS
• Cerner experience is preferred but not required
