Role Responsibilities:

• Have to create and implement nursing policies to foster a positive and organized work environment while planning, prioritizing, and assigning health care tasks to clinical support team members
• Need to manage medication schedules and ensure communication with the medical team to avoid medication errors
• Should encourage all staff to adhere to the highest standards in patient care and conduct regular staff reviews
• Have to maintain knowledge of current trends in nursing and ambulatory care and educate teams.
• Communicating with patients and their family members as needed, and offering emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families in distress.
• Required to provide a direct line of communication between patients, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Assessing, processing, and discharging patients.

Role Requirements:

• Previous nurse management skills required.
• Supervisor on call responsibilities.
• Cert: BLS, ACLS (AHA)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• Rotating shift

• Hospital
• Inpatient

• Outpatient

Experience:

• Nurse management: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ACLS Certification (Preferred)
