Duties:
- Operate and maintain laser cutting machines to cut, shape, and fabricate metal parts
- Set up and operate press brake machines for bending and forming metal components
- Utilize hand tools to finish and assemble parts
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance

Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating laser cutting machines

- Knowledge of machining processes, including stamping press, lathe, and welding
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Experience operating cranes or other lifting equipment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
• Laser Operator: 1 year (Required)
• Interpret Blueprints: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Harrison, AR: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
