Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Discovery Administrator
• Strong knowledge of discovery methodologies, protocols, and best practices.
• Familiarity with data modeling, network management and database management concepts.
• Active ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer
• Experience with ITOM, SCCM, AWS/Cloud, Mainframe and other related tools and technologies.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST API, SOAP API, and other methods.
• Familiarity in JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies
• Understanding of CSDM framework
