Overview

The Queue Management Specialist role is fundamental to the Service Delivery model of HireRight.

Responsibilities

Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Generate ad-hoc reports as directed by Management level. Extensively use Excel functions in development, focusing on read/write integration to databases. Continuous client interaction to reduce the gaps in the process and optimize the reports.
