Reports To: Area Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY
HireQuest Direct is a staffing company whose core mission is to Positively Affect Peoples Lives!! We help match those in need of work to employers looking for the right/qualified candidate. The Staffing Coordinator position will assist the Branch Manager in the daily operations as well as serve as the "Face" of our business, as this position greets and assists new applicants. We offer a base pay with a rewarding bonus and quarterly bonus structure as well as a superior benefits package. The applicant must be able to pass a drug and background screen. Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist with daily operations
● Provide superior customer service to Applicants, Employees, and Vendors
● Perform daily and weekly payouts for our employees
● Oversee the on-boarding process from the application to E-Verify and I-9 management
● Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting for all staffing needs
● Basic administrative duties as needed
● Duties assigned by the Branch Manager as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Education Level Required: Minimum of a High School education
*Experience Required: At least 1 years of general work experience. At least 1 year of customer service or working with the public.
*Knowledge Required: Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail. Basic knowledge of operations at field level; familiarity with navigating and using a computer; must be able to positively relate to all levels of management, from branch level to executive management; must display excellent communication skills; must be able to work independently as well as in a group setting.
