Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment to support construction projects.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain various heavy equipment including Caterpillar, loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, roll-off trucks, and more.
- Perform tasks such as digging trenches, compacting earth, loading and unloading materials, and transporting equipment.
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure functionality.
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment including loaders, backhoes and bulldozers.
- Knowledge of mechanical operations and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
