SHIFT: Nights - 7PM - 7AM, rotating weekends
LOCATION: Andalusia, AL
SALARY: $41,200.00 - $63,835.00
SIGNING BONUS: Yes
BONUS DESCRIPTION: $15K with 2-year commitment
RELOCATION PACKAGE: None
Must-Haves:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license in the state of Alabama.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Emergency Services nursing preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Services department, including assessment, triage, treatment, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient care needs and coordinate interventions.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and assist with emergency medical treatments as needed.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Licenses:Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire date.
ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
Benefits:
