At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider? If so, our client is hiring a Radiology Technician (Mid).
 
What You'll Do:

• Performing radiographic tests to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injuries in ED, in both in- and out- patient settings.
• Expected to follow the physician’s written prescription/order, talk to the patient throughout the test and answer their questions to allay their worries.
• The patient correctly adjusts the x-ray equipment to the specified setting to prevent unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Expected to work in the ED, main x-ray, and/or OR.

 What You Bring:

• Must know how to use radiographic equipment independently 
• Experienced Radiologic Technologist needed to work in a fast paced
• AART and BLS certifications
• Must have Active /Current NJ DEP License
• One year inpatient x-ray experience is required.
• Proficient in using PACS.
• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Thursday to Monday (weekend shifts). 40 Hrs. Week
