Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring an Operations Support!

What You'll Do:

• Requires daily interaction with various broker dealers, internal branch network, other operations groups and technology teams.
• Requires learning the function and products regarding the transfer process to become a Subject Matter Expert.
• Will have opportunity to analyze and improve processes.
• Provides exposure to a multitude of financial products and will assist in establishing or further developing a career within operations.
• Include providing ACAT (Deliver and Receive) processing support to all teams.
• Answer case/phone inquiries from branches and telephone inquiries for broker dealer firms, provide support to outsourced vendor, escalate any issues accordingly and set expectations for branches throughout the ACAT process, and participate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends.

What You'll Bring:

• Organization, efficient communication, attention to detail and a readiness to escalate issues with a sense of urgency are of importance, customer service etiquette, detailed oriented.
• Adaptive to a fast-paced environment, team player, responsible.
• Execution oriented with the effective follow through the ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of the financial industry a plus.
