Are you ready to build your career by joining an international food and beverage company? If so, our client is hiring an Accounting Cashier.
 
What You'll Do: 

• Execute and prioritize baseline procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion to meet key performance measures and commitment to Field Sales.
• Handle all cash-related issues received in Sales Accounting, including:
• Work live checks (i.e. Apply cash received to daily reports)
• Research and adjust salesman balances for NSF checks
• Process shortage payments
• Performance of misapplied cash corrections
• Process daily edit reports (i.e. Lockbox reports)
• Process robbery adjustments
• Perform adjustments for charge tickets that should be cash transactions
• Void and/or Purge cash tickets, as necessary
• Process cash for customers put on COD
• Special projects as needed
• Processing of Customer Refund Requests
• Performance of Basic Ticket Rekeys for Sales Tax Adjustments
• Processing of Rekey Services as necessary
• Be flexible with taking on responsibilities from other teams CTA, Inventory, and Rekey

 What You’ll Bring: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• SAP experience preferred.
• Understanding of the sales process and AR background
• Proficient knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Good computer skills like: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong problem-resolution skills
• Team player and must be adaptable, flexible and customer service oriented
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and to manage current workload plus handle special projects (as needed).
