• Maintain and manage IT documents in Veeva Vault QualityDoc.
• Handling Service Requests tickets to manage document review and approval process.
• Storing document hard copies in different storage vaults.
• Retiring Documents after their expiry date.
• Handling General Inquiry/Document management Consultation.
• On-call out-of-office hours support on the need basis.
• Create New Course and Curriculum.
• Create Training Account in Training Management Application.
• Deactivate Course and Curriculum.
• Modify Course and Curriculum.
• Create Training related reports on need basis.
• Handling General Inquiry and Training Consult.
• Knowledge of Veeva Vault QualityDocs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong documentation skills. Effective written communication.
• Ability to handle problems, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-tasking capability.
• Ability to follow directions/job aids
• Attention to detail and ability to do work without making mistakes.
• Understanding of document review and approval process.
