Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and timeline.
- Wood Frame Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in wood frame construction methodologies, providing leadership in this specialized area.
- On-Site Leadership: Lead on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain construction schedules, optimizing project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, conducting regular inspections to uphold industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges that may arise during construction, applying effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients during on-site visits, providing updates on project progress and addressing client concerns.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of construction activities, including daily reports, safety records, and project progress reports.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in multifamily construction supervision, with a strong focus on wood frame construction.
- Wood Frame Expertise: Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of wood frame construction methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead on-site construction teams effectively.
- Scheduling: Proficiency in developing and maintaining construction schedules to optimize project timelines.
