Are you a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for a new opportunity in Denver? Boesen Law is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys through all phases of the case. Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial exhibits.
  • Organize and maintain case files using electronic databases and document management systems.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations, and legal articles to support case strategies.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing correspondence, deposition summaries, and other legal documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to gather information and coordinate case-related activities.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trial, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and assignments.
  • Support attorneys during trial, including assisting with witness preparation and exhibit management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
  • Proficient in using legal research platforms and case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $64,501.00 - $80,000.00 per year (Depending on Experience)
