Senior Project Manager

Job Description

LHH is recruiting for a leading luxury home builder in Kirkland, WA. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and oversee the project management of new construction for multimillion dollar homes. This is a new position due to company growth and ongoing restructure of the Project Management/Procurement team. If you have 4-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential luxury homes, and you are proficient in various construction management software programs, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project management of new construction for multimillion dollar homes (the average project size ranges from $1.5- 5 million)
• Work closely with various sub-contractors from start to finish with each project
• Review and evaluate all current processes and procedures
• Manage a team of 5 direct reports after getting acquainted with the role
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in construction project management (residential, luxury homes strongly preferred)
• Extensive experience reading building plans, budgeting, bidding
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Software: Buildertrend, Salesforce, Bluebeam
• MUST be proficient in various construction management software programs or tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

Compensation and Benefits

• $100-135k base depending on experience annual discretionary bonus (typically between 3-5%)
• 3 weeks of PTO
• $50 cell phone allowance monthly
