We are currently seeking a LPN to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. • Hourly Rate: $30-34/hour (before differentials)
• FULL TIME STAFF ELIGIBLE FOR $5K SIGN ON BONUS!
• Schedule: 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am

LPN Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
• Medication administration and education to clients
• Ability to learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales)
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• LPN license for PA (current or pending)
