Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Carver to join our team. As a Meat Carver, you will be responsible for preparing and carving various cuts of meat for our customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Load and unload meat products from delivery trucks
- Prepare and package meat products for display and sale
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform heavy lifting as required

Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a meat department or similar setting
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper carving techniques
- Ability to operate equipment such as a pallet jack and cash register
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
