Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling cash
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Experience in jewelry sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is an asset
